Changes in HAN 2.1
 - Optimization in HAN Administration:
  - revision of the search function
  - correction of the alphabetical sorting
  - added the property "EJL update allowed" to the overview
  - moving of HAN accounts can be done through the context menu

 Optimization in HAN Statistic:
  - when creating Protocol Ids automatically existing Protocol IDs will be taken into account (Indexing of Protocol Ids)
  - added tooltips for Protocol and Meta Ids. The tooltips shows the included Protocol Ids.
  - deletion of multiple Meta Ids at once possible

 Optimization in EJL:
  - configuration of EJL credentials in HAN Administration (settings) possible
  - simplification of import dialog
  - import criteria 'Anchor' included

Further:
 - Actualisation of PHP version to 5.2.6
 - HAN RSS Feeds informs about technical news (shown in the start page of the HAN Administration)
- new HAN Kernel (2.1.0.305): globale modifications for accounts are configured in the file global.cfg through H+H
