HAN as Software as a Service

HAN can be used flexibly in different infrastructures. Locally or as SaaS in a cloud.

With HAN as Software as a Service, the IT infrastructure and its operation are procured from H+H Software GmbH as a cloud-based service. The customer pays a service fee for the use and operation of the service. H+H Software GmbH, on the other hand, handles IT administration, maintenance and software updates.

For our customers, this offers the advantage of no longer having to maintain hardware and staff to provide the HAN infrastructure, thereby enabling them to respond quickly and flexibly to changing requirements. Software as a Service is a cost- and resource-efficient alternative to on-premises hardware.

T Cloud Private

With T Cloud Private (formerly OTC), Telekom provides a high-performance cloud solution “Made in Germany” that meets the highest standards of data protection and security – from the physical security of the data centres to strict compliance with the data protection requirements of the GDPR. The services offered by T Cloud Private are regularly certified by independent bodies and comply with all regulations under the German Criminal Code (StGB), the Social Code (SGB), the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).
The T Cloud Private platform’s EU-DE region is hosted in data centres located in Germany. The EU-NL region is hosted in data centres located in the Netherlands. T Cloud Private focuses on digital sovereignty, security and reliability.

Microsoft Azure

With the Azure cloud, Microsoft provides a powerful cloud platform, prioritising security, data protection and transparency. Users can choose between the European and German clouds, depending on their data protection requirements.
In Germany, in the European Union — As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), we are able to offer this service to our customers.

HAN as Managed Software as a Service

With our Managed Software as a Service offering, we provide our customers with the option of having us take over the complete administration of the HAN system, in addition to the HAN infrastructure. This means that, if required, the entire operation of the HAN system can be outsourced.
