HAN 6.1.1 Update
This Knowledge Base article provides important information about planning an update to version 6.1.1
The HAN 6.1.1.70 update is a service release that includes the following features:
- New analysis in the HAN statistics: The "License Monitoring" report allows you to define a period (hour, day, week, or month) for a concurrent license. You can also set threshold values (as a percentage); if usage exceeds or falls below these thresholds, a notification is sent at the end of the period. The following events can be monitored:
- No usage: This setting specifies the maximum number of days during which the license may not be used. If this number of days is reached or exceeded during the period, an email is sent.
- Low usage: In the settings, a threshold value is used to define the minimum usage for the license. If this minimum usage is not exceeded during the period, an email is sent.
- Excessive use: In the settings, a threshold value is used to define the maximum number of rejections allowed due to license utilization. If this number is exceeded, an email is sent.
- No usage: This setting specifies the maximum number of days during which the license may not be used. If this number of days is reached or exceeded during the period, an email is sent.
- The HAN Center supports the replication of authentication logic between HAN resources.
- In the HAN settings, you can define more than one LDAP interface for authentication and authorization.
- During the second data import, you can choose whether to import only the statistical data.
Please note:
This update fixes an error in the language files for the HAN login page. This can only be done by replacing the existing langvar.js.de and langvar.js.en files in the database under "HAN-main.storeWebSrv/vendor_user/js." Unfortunately, any customizations you have already made cannot be retained. Please back up these files before the update and manually apply the changes to the files after the update.
Error corrections:
- Global permissions were not evaluated correctly. This error has been fixed.
- Permissions that can be tied to a login were not evaluated correctly. This bug has been fixed.
. - Logging in via Windows Single Sign-On only worked correctly if another authentication service was linked. This has been changed so that SSO is now also possible without a link.
- Various bug fixes and optimizations in the HAN kernel and the protocol module.
- Fixed display and usability issues in the A-Z list on smartphones with low resolution.
With this update, the HAN client must also be updated to version HAN 6.1.1.
