HAN adheres to the principles of ‘security by design’ and ‘privacy by default’. All access data is processed in an anonymised or pseudonymised form in accordance with clearly defined rules – and is GDPR-compliant by default.
Even when operated externally, the protection of personal data remains guaranteed. HAN communicates exclusively via secure connections and protects sensitive information, such as login details, through encrypted management within the system. Particularly sensitive areas of administration are protected by a dual-control principle.
