Systematic data protection — HAN prioritises privacy from the outset
HAN adheres to the principles of data avoidance and data minimisation. Only personal data that is strictly necessary for the operation of the service is processed.
The system’s default settings are configured to ensure that data processing is automatically GDPR-compliant. Data protection is therefore not an optional extra, but the norm. We provide our customers with the necessary documentation for GDPR-compliant use free of charge.
At the same time, HAN was developed in accordance with the ‘security by design’ principle. The architecture meets the high security standards required, in particular, by public institutions, government bodies and security-critical IT environments. Security mechanisms are continuously reviewed and adapted to new regulatory requirements.
